Rajma ka falafal

Ingredient :-
1 cup rajma soaked and boiled
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
3-4 coriander leaf chopped
3-4 mint leaf chopped
1 spring onion chopped
1/4 cup couscous soaked
1 tsp roasted and crushed zeera
1tsp red chill
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt
1/2 tsp soda
Method :-
Take a bowl add boiled and mashed rajma ,couscous ,chopped garlic
chopped spring onion ,chopped coriander leaf ,chopped mint leaf,
roasted zeera powder,red chili, black pepper,pinch of soda,salt
as per taste.By the help of masher mash them all properly .
Put little oil in hand and make shape of falafal as u like.
Take oil in wok heat it  and deep fry the falafal serve it with green chutney.

Mirchi pakode

Ingredient;-
   2 boiled potato
   1 tsp ajwain
   1/2 tsp chillie powder
   1/2 tsp haldi powder
   1tsp ginger paste
    salt as per taste
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 green chillie chopped
    1tsp mint leaf chopped
    1 cup urad dal soaked and grinded
    oil for deep frying
Method;-
stuffing-
Take boiled potato and mash it then add ajwain then we will add dry masala red
chillie powder,haldi, ginger paste,black pepper,green chillie, mint leaves and mix them well.
Now take urad dal batter in that add crushed black pepper, salt ,a pinch of turmeric and
 mix them well.Now place a wok on gas flame add oil in it for deep frying .
 Slit green chilly then put stuffing, dip them in the batter of urad dal and deep
fry them untill they become golden brown.
Now serve them with tomato sauce.

layered papad partha

                                                              papad paratha with layer
                             Ingredient;-
                               take 2 papad fried
                               chaat masala 1tsp
                                chopped dhaniya 1tsp
                                 cup wheat flour 2 cup
                                 salt       1tsp
                                    red chillie powder 1tsp
                                    oil                         2 tsp
                            Method-
                                Now first o all make a dough of flour by adding water and a pinch of salt
                          cover the dough and keep that aside.then crumble papad in small piecses then
                         add chaat masala ,dhaniya ,red chillie powder and mix all well.
                         Take dough and make big chappati of it then grease it with ghee then cut it
                           into small square.
                         Take a square of chapati place the papad stuffing  place another square layer                                  
                          place square layer in last we will place square piece in opposite direction means
                         the part which is not greased is placed and press it slightly and make paratha of it and
                          cook it from both the side by using oil.
                         Now our paratha is ready serve it with tomato coriander chutney.


suji sandwitch

Suji sandwitch

Ingredient-
1cup curd
1cup suji
1cup boiled peas
1boiled potato
1tbsp eno powder
1tbsp zeera
1tbsp haldi powder
1tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
2 green chilli finely chopped
Few coriander leaf finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:-
In a bowl take suji add curd,salt to taste and mix them well keep it for 10 minutes.
Now in a pan add oil then zeera when zeera become brown add chopped green chillie 
then add boiled and chopped potato,and add peas mix them well fry for 2minute .
now add dry masala like haldi powder,red chilli powder,and garam masala fry them
 well add salt to taste then put off flame add chopped coriander leaf.Now in sandwitch 
maker put little oil then spread a layer of suji mixture then spread layer of peas and
 poatato then again spread layer of suji cover it and cook for 15 minute.
Serve it with tomato sauce
