layered papad partha

                                                              papad paratha with layer
                             Ingredient;-
                               take 2 papad fried
                               chaat masala 1tsp
                                chopped dhaniya 1tsp
                                 cup wheat flour 2 cup
                                 salt       1tsp
                                    red chillie powder 1tsp
                                    oil                         2 tsp
                            Method-
                                Now first o all make a dough of flour by adding water and a pinch of salt
                          cover the dough and keep that aside.then crumble papad in small piecses then
                         add chaat masala ,dhaniya ,red chillie powder and mix all well.
                         Take dough and make big chappati of it then grease it with ghee then cut it
                           into small square.
                         Take a square of chapati place the papad stuffing  place another square layer                                  
                          place square layer in last we will place square piece in opposite direction means
                         the part which is not greased is placed and press it slightly and make paratha of it and
                          cook it from both the side by using oil.
                         Now our paratha is ready serve it with tomato coriander chutney.
