Cabbage Roll

Ingredient:-
 Cabbage leaf
 Potatoes boiled and mashed
 Green peas boiled and mashed
 Salt as per taste
 Gram flour
 Chaat masala
  Red chilies powder
  Soda bi carbonate
  Oil to deep fry
Method:-
     Take cabbage leaf and blanch  in salt water.Drain and pat dry with an absorbent paper.
Mix potatoes,green peas,salt and chaat masala in a bowl.Divide this mixture into equal
portions.Place each portion of above mixture toward one end of each cabbage leaf.Fold
the sides around the filling and roll up.Make a batter of coating consistency with gram flour,
red chilli powder,salt and soda bi carbonate with water .
Heat sufficient oil in kadai .Dip the cabbage rolls in the batter and deep fry  until golden brown
all around.Drain and plce them on an absorbent paper .
Serve hot.


Cheese Balls

Ingredient :-
  Corn kernel chopped
  Green chilies
  Garlic
 Onion chopped
 Coriander leaf
 Turmeric powder
 Salt
 Mozzarella  cheese
 Bread crumbs
 Oil
 Corn flour powder
Method :-
   Take oil in pan then add chopped onion,ginger-garlic paste
and crushed corn kernels. Mix them well ,add turmeric powder,
salt,crushed black pepper,coriander leaf.
Now take this mixture in a bowl and add fresh bread crumb
and mix them well.Take a bowl add corn flour and make thin paste
In a plate take bread crumbs.Take corn mixture in hand and place
small cube of mozzarella cheese in middle and make a ball ,dip this ball
in corn flour paste after that cover this ball with bread crumbs.
Then deep fry them .Serve with green chutney and sauce.






Peanut tadka

Ingredient:-
  peanuts
  salt
 oil
red chillie powder
grated coconut
coriander seeds
turmeric powder
crushed black pepper
dried mango powder
Method:-
     Boil peanuts with salt and water for 15-20 minute.
Take oil in pan add coriander seedsand dry red chillies,curry leaf then
add boiled peanuts.Add crushed black pepper,dried mango powder,haldi powder
,salt as per taste.Add fresh grated coconut.
Now ready to serve

Mixed Daal Cheela

Ingredient:-
  chana dal
   tuwar dal
   urad dal
    chopped onion
    salt
    finely chopped coriander
    finely chopped green chilly
     fruit salt
      grated cheese
Method:-
             soak all dal for an hour. Grind all dal by adding little  water .
take them all out in a bowl.now add chopped onion, salt mix them well.
take non stick pan spread little oil by using tissue paper.Then add fruit salt
to batter then mix it well.Now spread batter on tava then sprinkel green chillie
,and finely chopped coriander.Then add small amount of grated cheese.
Now fold it and serve it.Cheela must be little thick.
